Expedited shipping usually arrives in 2 business days, while overnight shipping arrives the next business day. We ship via USPS Priority, FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so USPS must be selected for P.O. box addresses.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is free for standard delivery (3–5 business days) on all U.S. orders over $59.95. Expedited and overnight shipping options are also available, and costs will vary depending on your delivery address and chosen service.

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, Joleis ships internationally. Orders to Canada usually arrive within 3–5 business days, while other international orders may take 5–7 business days depending on customs clearance. Will tracking information be included with my order?

How do I package my return?

You do not need to ship your return back in its original shipping box. Feel free to use any type of box that fits the product comfortably. Please wrap the goods in protective paper to ensure they arrive back to us in good condition. Attach the return label provided by our team securely on the top of the box, and make sure to cross out or remove any previous shipping labels.

Does my return need to be in original condition, or is wear and tear acceptable?

We ask that the Joleis item you are returning or exchanging is in an acceptable condition in order for the return to be processed successfully.

How does the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee work?
